Well… HLS, Lindsay Lauren Events and Consulting and LC Florals are at it again! After a number of successful styled shoots that have been featured on Ruffled and The Frosted Petticoat we have decided to open it up our next shoot out to other photographers! Boasting more vendors, bigger tables, bigger flowers – this will undoubtably be the best one yet. Here is some details:

Theme: Posh Winter Wedding

Date: Monday, November 11, 2013 (estimated shoot time from 11:00am – 5:15pm)

Colors: Deep purple, deep blue, gold with hints of black

Venue: A historic, upscale country club in the Tri-Valley area

Models: We have THREE confirmed brides and grooms (All three are REAL couples, two couples just celebrated their 1 year anniversary)!

Other vendors: We have confirmed vendors for the following – catering, specialty rentals, linens, hair, make-up, dresses, hair pieces, cake, favors and paper products. There will be some big names there!  

Other details: There is a limit of 12  photographers. The cost is $85/per photographer.  Lunch and light snacks will be provided. You are required to bring your own camera and lenses, along with the knowledge to use them properly.  This is not a workshop with instruction. You may arrive when you feel necessary and leave when you are finished.  There is no unconditional guarantee of having one on one time with our models, but we will do our best to work in shifts especially during sunset (sunset is 4:58pm).

Who should attend: Photographers that are looking to build their wedding portfolio.  Please note this is not a “rustic” or “vintage” styled shoot – but rather modern elegance. You will be able to use your images for your portfolio, advertisement and blogging.  We simply ask that you do not seek to be published with site other than your own.  When publishing on your own website or blog, please list the vendors associated with the shoot. You must have basic knowledge of your camera as there will be no instruction given. A majority of the tables will be indoors and although natural light should be abundant, you may wish to bring additional lighting for your use.

Once you purchase your spot (remember only 12 are allowed!) you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours.  One week before the shootout, the final details will be emailed to you. If for some reason, you are no longer able to attend, refunds will be given until November 3, 2013. After November 3, 2013, no refunds will be given.
