We’ve witnessed and photographed countless weddings in our career, and all our couples are very dear to us; however, sometimes, one such couple comes along and makes you feel loved, included, and appreciated. They feel like friends you’ve known for ages, and that’s exactly how Nick and Jenna felt to us. These two and their loving families are incredibly warm and such a joy to be around and work with. It was an incredible experience to photograph their Valley Community Church wedding!

Meet Jenna And Nick

We love getting to know the unique love stories of the couples we work with, and Jenna and Nick’s story is quite the modern romance! They first crossed paths on Bumble, which sparked the beginning of their journey together. It’s incredible how technology can bring two souls together, isn’t it?

When we asked them about their proposal, they shared a charming and unexpected detail. Nick popped the question right at home while shopping for combined auto insurance! Talk about making the ordinary extraordinary! But like many couples, they faced a common challenge during their wedding planning journey: getting people to RSVP. It seems that’s something we all can relate to!

Jenna And Nick’s Wedding At Valley Community Church

Like every beautiful wedding day, we photographed the bride getting ready. Jenna looked gorgeous in her bridal dress from J’aime Boutique and wore a designer outfit by All Who Wander. Her attire gave total boho chic vibes, and we loved every inch of it! She brought her own unique style to her wedding day by ditching the traditional heels and rocking a pair of stylish cowboy boots instead. How awesome is that! They were adorned with intricate floral designs, which added a fun and adventurous twist to her wedding attire. Jenna’s hair was styled in beach wave curls, and she carried a breathtaking bouquet that was meticulously arranged by Enchantment Floral.

As the wedding bells rang, it was time to say “I do.” Nick and Jenna’s wedding ceremony took place at Valley Community Church in Pleasanton, California. The church’s interiors were beautiful, with numerous Christmas trees decorated around the altar, lighting up the entire place. The cross on the altar had LED lights fixed at the back and was shining bright, making the pictures so dynamic.

Nick looked handsome in his suit from The Black Tux and was so happy to have Jenna stand by his side now and forever. The couple had invited 220 guests, and their weddings began at 4 PM. The ceremony continued after everyone took their seats, and the couple exchanged heartfelt vows as they held hands and promised each other forever.

Celebrating Jenna And Nick’s New Milestone

Nick and Jenna were such naturals in front of the camera and hardly needed any posing cues from us during their couples portraits. Rustic vibes were in full swing, with the brown lawns and towering trees creating a picturesque backdrop. Meanwhile, the natural light added an ethereal charm to each shot.

We also had the opportunity to take some fantastic group pictures. The happiness and pride on everyone’s faces were evident, making these moments even more precious. And oh, the cake! Designed by one of their loved ones was nothing short of divine! A big shoutout to La Tavola for providing stunning linens and Paperless Post, whose beautiful invites set the tone for this grand celebration. Jenna and Nick’s wedding was filled with love and laughter, and just being around them and their family, capturing their happiness, was truly a privilege. Here’s to many more such incredible, love-filled days!
