A year ago when I began getting into weddings, I photographed a beautiful bride and groom at a small ceremony, just north of Half Moon Bay. I submitted that wedding to a little known magazine called Pretty Pear Bride… And I was accepted… for print! That first feeling of validation was amazing.  A full year later, Pretty Pear Bride has become a huge success and is still the only bridal magazine for plus sized brides (which is considered in America anyone size 12 and larger – but in the bridal industry, it’s really closer to a size 8!) and now has a Facebook following of nearly 4K and a Pinterest following pushing the 7K mark! They now put out quarterly magazines that you can order online digitally or in print! Way to go PPB!

Needless to say, I couldn’t wait to submit another wedding to them – I just needed that perfect wedding! It was Carolyn and Anthony’s wedding at Murrieta’s Well in Livermore that made the cut! PPB has now happily published a 4 page spread of their beautiful Fall day!
