Engagement photography has a special place in our hearts. It is always a great opportunity to capture the magical moment of love and commitment between two people and witness everlasting love in their eyes. We absolutely love being part of a couple’s engagement journey by capturing the true connection they share. Chelsie and Mike’s engagement session was especially memorable – they radiated joy and happiness while spending a lovely day outdoors having fun in nature, wearing super cute outfits. Seeing the chemistry and warmth between these two lovebirds warmed our hearts. Here’s a glimpse of the beautiful day! 

Meet Chelsie and Mike

Chelsie and Mike have a romance unlike any other. The two are local to the Downtown Livermore area, with Mike co-owning one of the most popular ale houses around. The couple loves to travel, experience culture, and try new wines together. It makes sense then, that Mike chose an unforgettable romantic spot for the proposal: the Claremont Hotel Berkeley by a cozy fire pit under the stars. It was just the two of them, and it was nothing short of magical. Now Chelsie and Mike are ready to start their journey together – one filled with love, adventure, and delicious wine!

Pleasanton Engagement Session Photography

Chelsie and Mike’s engagement photography session was truly breathtaking. Pleasanton provided gorgeous scenery for the engagement shoot, complete with huge trees and lush greenery, plus just the right amount of sunlight. This recipe for perfection was further heightened by Chelsie and Mike’s genuine sweetness and romantic interactions. We could see their connection to one another in every image as they laughed, stole kisses, and smiled throughout the entire session. We feel so lucky to have been able to capture this love on camera. 

While shooting Chelsie and Mike’s engagement session, one of our favorite moments was when Mike gave Chelsie a guitar lesson. At the beautiful Pleasanton site, they sat together in the middle of the lush green land with all their love encapsulating them. It was an endearing and special moment that felt like a scene out of a movie. Adding to the atmosphere, they even broke out some delicious wine from a local winery – what more could anyone ask for? It was a peaceful and romantic moment for them to savor. It was great to see two people who enjoy wine that much, strengthening the wonderful connection between them. 

Shooting Chelsie and Mike’s engagement session in Pleasanton was truly an amazing experience. When we asked Chelsie her favorite part of the wedding planning so far, she was quick to respond that it was all the time spent with her mom!
