Oh my girls. They are my mini-me’s – They are little diva’s – They are sweet, kind and way too much fun for this mama! Now, I don’t make it a habit to post personal stuff – but I couldn’t resist this!!

In the beginning of the month, I began renting studio space in Downtown Lafayette! This space will be used primarily for meeting with couples, but I will also occasionally shoot there too! It’s a sweet three-room office – a shooting room, a showing/meeting room, and then a room that is used for storage, clothing changes and whatnot. I’m super excited with what the future holds!

I took these two little princesses in to the studio to simply play around – they had a blast. They dressed themselves that morning and brushed their own hair. I didn’t care that the shirt was stained or that their nail polish from last week was chipped. I just wanted them to have a fun time – I just wanted to have fun! It’s been so long since I actually took pictures of my own kids. Even though I use a camera nearly every day, I rarely snap photos of my own kids. Lately, if I’m not photographing weddings, I’m photographing for my Yearbook class at school! This one is for them!

My oldest is 6 and loves gymnastics, princess Ariel and is in 1st grade. My youngest is 3 1/2, loves ballet, Cinderella and singing!
