As wedding photographers, we love documenting those timeless moments of love, joy, and celebration and feel truly blessed to provide unforgettable photojournalistic experiences for all our clients. Photographing Nicole and Michael’s wedding at Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery in Pleasanton was one such remarkable occasion for us. The couple shared their love by inviting 200 of their closest friends and family who created an amazing atmosphere from the beginning to the end. The entire setting had a theme of black and white with gold accents and the winery provided exquisite greenery touches to the day. Capturing all the wonderful moments at the Casa Real wedding was truly amazing – what a blast!

Meet Nicole And Michael

Nicole and Michael’s story is such an inspiring tale of true love. They are both first responders who met at work and the rest is history. When we asked about the proposal, Nicole recalled just how special it was for her. On her birthday, Michael took her to the place where they frequently go for hikes and conversations. It was here that Michael chose to ask Nicole if she would marry him – and clearly, she said yes! We feel so honored to be able to document this love story for them.

Nicole And Michael’s Casa Real Wedding

We started the day taking pictures of the bride getting ready. Nicole looked stunning in her wedding dress, while Michael looked dapper in his wedding attire. They were both brimming with joy and excitement for the big day ahead. The venue was a marvel! Casa Real could not have been a more perfect setting for these two lovely souls to come together as one. From its luxurious interior to its remarkable décor, every detail only added to their romantic union. Capturing the priceless moment when Michael got emotional seeing his beautiful bride walk down the aisle was truly an honor. Their heartfelt expressions and beaming eyes while they said their vows spoke volumes about their love. It was a wonderful moment as they said their ‘I do’s’ and sealed their union with a kiss.

Photographing Nicole and Michael’s couples portraits was like a dream come true. To capture their beautiful connection, we scouted a few picturesque spots in the vineyard. The stunning views of the rolling hills became the perfect romantic backdrop. We loved watching and capturing their interactions and joy.

For the reception, Nicole and Michael did a grand entrance with their children. Every detail was meticulously executed, from the gorgeous decorations courtesy of Pleasanton Rentals to the stunning invitations by Paper Caper Burlingame. The exquisite flowers by Enchantment Floral added an extra layer of magic to the wedding. DJ Robbie Rich with Rich Media set a high bar for the evening’s celebration. We are also incredibly grateful to the videography team from Lumiton for their outstanding work and cooperation in capturing the special moments of the day.

Watching the newlyweds share their first dance to the Dave Matthews song ‘Steady As We Go’ had everyone in awe. The expression of love and joy on their faces made the entire night a memory we know they will cherish forever. From dancing with the family to the heartfelt toasts, the couple celebrated with their closest friends and family surrounding them. One of the most heartwarming moments was when Nicole and Michael’s daughter sang ‘You are my Sunshine’ and then shared a loving embrace with her father. There was so much love for this couple and their family that it brought us to tears.
