Weddings are a celebration of love – a time when two individuals come together to start a new journey in life. As wedding photographers, we’ve had the privilege of capturing these beautiful moments for several couples. One wedding that stands out is Katie and Ben’s Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery wedding. The couple met on a dating app called Hinge and invited 200 of their closest family and friends to celebrate their special day. The wedding was adorned with a color theme of burgundy, navy blue, blush, and gold, which created a stunning atmosphere. And the winery provided a magical ambiance that made documenting this wedding an unforgettable experience.

Katie And Ben’s Casa Real At Ruby Hill Winery Wedding

Katie and Ben’s wedding day was nothing short of spectacular. Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery offered a romantic and luxurious setting, boasting breathtaking views of the Livermore Valley. It was easy to see why this location was chosen for such a special occasion. We started the day photographing Katie getting ready for her big day. The bride looked radiant in her wedding dress from Janene’s Bridal Boutique, Essense of Australia, and her bridesmaids and mother helped her with the final touches to ensure she looked absolutely perfect.

We headed outdoors for some bridal portraits, and let us tell you, Katie nailed it with her graceful posing! The soft natural light highlighted her bridal look by Charismatic Bride, and the results were nothing short of breathtaking. The couple had a quick first look before their wedding ceremony. Ben waited for Katie to arrive and looked handsome in his bow tie from The Black Tux. Capturing their wide smiles and twinkling eyes, we could tell how special the moment was for them.

One of the significant highlights of Katie and Ben’s wedding was the Ketubah signing before the ceremony. Katie and Ben’s wedding ceremony was held at 5 PM, and it was a touching moment that reflected the true love they have for each other. The aisle was decorated with bright burning candles placed carefully in glass vases, adding a warm and romantic touch to the luxurious setting. The entire room was filled with love and excitement as the couple exchanged their heartfelt vows under a beautiful chuppah (canopy), surrounded by their closest family and friends.

After the ceremony, it was time for couples portraits. Katie and Ben were glowing with happiness as they explored the vineyards and walked hand-in-hand while soaking in that “just married” feel. The vineyards were a great backdrop to their portraits, making for some truly incredible shots.

Everything about Katie and Ben’s wedding was extraordinary! From the invitations from Minted and the beautiful Standard Event Rentals’ linens to the gorgeous Birdy Gray-designed bridesmaid dresses and stunning floral decor by The Flower House, each element of their wedding perfectly showcased their unique personalities, preferences, and sense of style. It was such a pleasure seeing Katie and Ben’s vision come to life with these carefully chosen elements!

Katie and Ben’s wedding reception was an absolute blast. The newlyweds took to the dance floor and swayed to the music “I Am Yours” by Andy Grammar, played by the talented DJ Take Two Wedding Band. Our favorite moment from Katie and Ben’s wedding was the Hora! The newlyweds were lifted into the air on chairs as their family and friends danced around them in circles. The energy was electric and the love between Katie and Ben was felt by all. From the delicious cake made by Candicakes to the fun photo booth rented from Say Ya Entertainment, every detail had been carefully considered. Also, a special shout-out to Fantasy Sound for filming the wedding and Kristen Jensen from Sugar Rush Event for coordinating the day seamlessly.
