No two weddings are the same, and it’s truly an honor to be able to document such special moments. We had the pleasure of photographing Lilian and Gustavo’s The Bridges Golf Club wedding in San Ramon, California, and it was nothing less than a fairytale! The venue was stunning, and the reception was intimate and beautiful. However, what really made the day special was the love story between Lilian and Gustavo. From Lilian’s heartfelt first look with her father to the tenderness captured in their couples portraits, every moment was filled with emotion. We feel grateful to be a part of such special moments and to create timeless photographs that tell each couple’s unique love story.

Meet Lilian And Gustavo

Lilian and Gustavo’s love story had an adorable start, thanks to Gustavo’s niece! They met for the first time at her first birthday party. They hit it off instantly and soon discovered they had a special connection. Fast forward to 7 months after their first official date, and Gustavo decided it was time to pop the big question. He planned a romantic evening at the Cavallo Point Restaurant in Sausalito, CA, where he got down on one knee and asked Lilian to marry him. And just like that, the next chapter of their beautiful relationship began, filled with promises and dreams.

Lilian and Gustavo’s journey to their dream wedding has been far from easy! Initially, they had planned to tie the knot in 2019, but unfortunately, they had to cancel their wedding due to medical reasons. They didn’t let that setback discourage them, and they planned for a wedding in 2021. However, COVID-19 had other plans, and they had to postpone their wedding yet again. Despite their hurdles, Lilian and Gustavo’s love story is a beautiful testament to the power of fate and the magic that can unfold when two people find their perfect match.

Lilian And Gustavo’s The Bridges Golf Club Wedding

The day began with the exhilarating task of capturing the bride and groom as they prepared for their special day. The atmosphere was electric, filled with love and anticipation. Lilian was the epitome of a glowing bride, surrounded by her nearest and dearest. Her exquisite Stella York wedding gown transformed her into a princess, and her veil was a work of art with intricate detailing on the edge. Gustavo, looking equally dashing in his navy-blue suit, exuded both confidence and happiness. Photographing this lovely couple on their special day was an absolute delight!

Lilian’s bright smile lit up the entire room. We were privileged to capture the emotional first look between Lilian and her father, a tender moment that left us all feeling touched. Her dad was so happy to see her; his expression said it all! We could feel the warmth and love in their embrace. Soon after, Lilian walked down the aisle to marry Gustavo, the man of her dreams. Lilian and Gustavo’s The Bridges Golf Club Wedding was a sight to behold, with lush greenery all around creating the perfect backdrop for some stunning wedding photos! The weather was pleasant, and the natural lighting was just right, allowing us to capture those precious wedding moments that the couple will cherish forever.

The ceremony began at 4 PM, and the couple invited a total of 100 guests, all happy to be a part of their union. Elated to finally be called husband and wife, Lilian and Gustavo sealed their marriage with a sweet kiss! One of the highlights from their ceremony was when the newlyweds shared another kiss as they exited. It was so adorable! Lilian’s bouquet of white roses from The Flower House added an elegant touch to the moment.

Words fall short to describe the incredible experience we had photographing Lilian and Gustavo’s couples portraits. They were so comfortable in front of the camera, and we always appreciate couples who are not afraid to show their love for each other. And Lilian and Gustavo were no exception, holding hands, laughing, and sharing sweet kisses, all while basking in the ‘just married’ feels. To say this photo session was simply out of this world would be an understatement!

As the clock struck 5:30 PM, Lilian and Gustavo made their way to the dancefloor for their first dance as a married couple, making it an unforgettable night! They swayed to ‘Can’t Take My Eyes off You’ by Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, and Gustavo twirled Lilian around with ease, making her feel like the happiest woman in the world! Their wedding cake by Le Gateau Elegant looked delectable. Soon enough, everyone joined in on the festivities, dancing the night away with the newlyweds.
